i often get those tiny bumps (like a oil bump) on the face, especially on the sides of my nose. i usually find them appear after i put on my moisturizer. I know that my moisturize does not clog pores, oil-free and non-comedogenic, the Obagi moisturizer.
yet i hate seeing those little bumps on my face all the time. I wash my face well and always moisturize.
sometimes they’d turn into an acne, sometimes they would just go away.
So what are they? Should i try to scratch them off my face with fingernail when i wash my face? Is there any product for it?
i also find that from past experimenting, if i don’t put moisturizer on, i’d not get those, but instead get some of those cystic acne like a big bump under the skin. And when i do put moisturizer, i get those little acne and blemishes out of nowhere all the time.
What’s more frustrating is that i never see other people have that problem, their side of the nose are always smooth and nice, yet mine are always lines and cracky.

I just had a baby a few months ago and my face has been really dry for the last couple of weeks. I have a cleanser, toner, moisturizer that I am using now and I was planning on switching anyway! I’ve looked up products like Obagi and Kinerase. I just wanted to know if those products were especially good for dry, sensitive skin. Could the dry and peeling skin be related to postpartum and winter? I’ve never had this issue before. Any thoughts??
Btw, I also eat very well (health nut here!) and exercise and only drink water every day.
