How to treat this chemical burn?

I applied a cream yesterday morning with 4% hydroquinone I had lying around to treat post acne marks. It is called obagi clear. I am on accutane so my skin is very dry and fragile.

This morning I woke up with red patches wherever I applied the cream. Its a little tingly but doesnt hurt much and the skin is still flat and smooth. I feel like I might have burnt my skin but it is very red considering I dont get rid as I am brown. I ams scared I might cause worse pigmentation.

Anyway I can prevent further pigmentation, and heal this quickly? Am I to be concerned by this reaction?
